Where will I find the report that prints how many days since last incident?
I'm looking for both team members and guest incidents.

Is there a master list of reports somewhere?

It should be on workbench. Your safety person or hr will post it on the wall in tsc.

It hasn't been updated since 2014. As the fill in hr tm I'd like to update it.

You need to ask why it has not happened. Usually done monthly or quarterly depninding on events.hr gets a review on their boards.

The safety captain should be handling that.
Usually the AP TL or AP ETL is the safety captain.
