Yeah calling the hardlines TM works well when you are a AA volume and you have one person covering all of hardlines.. Yeah they sure have time for reshop every five minutes! NOT.

When the one hardlines TM spends an 8 hour shift doing nothing but fetching abandons from the MJ Holdings end cap in toys...

It's working ok for us. Basically, once a shift, depts come get their abandons, and softlines comes 2 or 3 times. When a dept has no coverage, it sits until close to closing, at which time, someone runs the leftovers. No dept. Can dump stuff at GS anymore. They run their own, and GS has only front abandons and returns.

That really has improved GS, since we are often now watching SCO and driveups and GS during slow hours.
