We are working on our waste.
I am looking at greenfield. If an area has 100% red donate to override, does that mean they never donated anything through the device? (Starbucks)
Also, is there a way to make DC send more compose boxes. We are getting one a month, but we are not good at sending it back. Is that why they don’t send more?
Thank you.

compost bins need to be ordered, they are not auto shipped.
Depending on the volume of your store you should be sending compost bins atleast once a week. If you are not sending it back , how bad does it smell 🤢?
Starbucks donation process is hit or miss, with mostly minors closing starbucks, and lack of follow up …it will remain a challenge for the foreseeable future..

The smell is making people sick. No joke. So what about the 100% red? Does that mean they are scanning? They have plenty of waste.

Are you strictly talking Starbucks as 100% red on DTO? Or the whole store?
Starbucks throws out a lot of “display” food at night.. that can’t necessarily be donated.
A simpler explanation is that maybe there’s a training gap.. they could also be fast scanning with DTO on 🤷🏻‍♂️

Just Starbucks is 100%. Our dairy is red 86% Red. Produce is 10% and green. everything else is yellow. As a store we are red. I know dairy is donating a lot. Would you say they are not scanning to donate? If they started to do this our average would be fixed, right?
