Tonight at work I had my review after my additional training. It went pretty well! Better than I expected! My TL told me only 3 things I need to improve on. My accuracy, returns/calfs and responding to back-up cashier needs. She said I am a huge improvement. Any advice on how I can improve on these things and do even better than expected and make an excellent impression!!??

Thanks! I'm really enjoying my time at Target! It's a great job! Probably the best one I've had! At my store all the higher up want you to succeed and they are helping me do it. I think I'll have no problem at my 90 day evaluation!

my question is, what are your current tl's saying to you now vs softlines tl's? doing amazing or what?

I'm just in contact with my Soft Line TL's. All I know is one of my Soft Line TL said I have made a huge improvement, but there are areas that can be worked on and they are gonna train me in those areas as the ones I have mentioned above. My TL said, "she still has to get info from the other TL's that have worked with me in Soft Lines." I hope that answers your question....
