Archived My friend recently quit Target (I envy her) but her last paycheck says she was terminated?

What's up with that? She put in her 2 weeks and everything. She did however do a NCNS on her last day. Could they really terminate her for that?

If she no longer works there, she is terminated. It's a terminal pay check cause it's her last one from spot. The only thing a NCNS on the last day could effect is if she is re-hire eligible.

Quitting is known as a "voluntary termination" in target terms.
