Hi everyone, this is my first post here. I am an employee with target in the electronics department. I have been trying to transfer stores for about two months now and have had little to no help. The help I have gotten from HR was basically them asking where I want to transfer and saying they will give me a callback. I have only ever gotten one call back and she basically said she will give me another callback. I just called today and they now say I have to apply at the other store I want to work at. Is this actually part of the process because they made it seem like this process would be pretty seamless. Also just for extra info, I am past my minimum days of employment required to transfer.
My store isnt being very helpful with the transfer process. What should I do?

Maybe your store doesn’t want to let you go. Ask your sd.
