Has anyone else had problems with the new SRF/MySupport/CSC? I've filled out mysupports that are obviously for CSC show up in my Maximo inbox as a SR, more than once. And my store team has a really rough time getting SRs done correctly because of the new format.

The menu options in the new mysupport are very limited when trying to describe an asset malfunction.

Target should go back to the previous SRF for facilities requests. And they should bring back the old 4help form.

The current mysupport platform is too confusing and too charlie foxtrot.
