Archived New EIT and need to transfer out before hitting home store

Wondering if you guys can help me out. I'm currently in training for an ETL Log position. I have pervious experience with logistics with another company, so its not all too new to me. I'm at 5 out of the 6 weeks of training and haven't been assigned a home store yet but already know I'm going to need to transfer in the next month or so (just found out, can't change this).

I read here that 90 days is the minimum for time spent, but since I'm so new, I'm not sure if that will start after my 6 weeks and if I can even transfer at all?
Also, I'm going across country with my family, we're talking like 3000 miles, so its transfer or leave the company, which I rather not do.
