Hey everybody,
So I am halfway through week 2 BC as a new EIT-Sales Floor. So far, I have enjoyed the experience and have had a great training team and trainer. The store I am currently working in has a great culture, but I have some fears about where I'm headed.
This is my first full-time job (Just graduated college in May) and also this is my first retail job. (I know I know, I'm that guy all of you despise as a new ETL).
To be honest, I am learning bits and pieces about the way the store runs, but I feel overwhelmed about 80-90% of the time with the amount of information being thrown at me. The computer work doesn't really seem to translate to helping me, even when looking at it after work to try and gain some more insight.
I hope that I gain more confidence and feel assured to be able to run my department once I am in my store, but how many of you felt that you weren't going to be on the path for success once you completed your BC.
