I work in an ULV, small org chart store. Between me, ETL-LOG, ETL-HR and ETL-SF/GE we work our asses off. I have been in four different stores now, all of them high volume stores. In the higher volume stores, we had tons of TLs that we could work with to accomplish our goals. We currently have one SF TL at my store now.

The LODs all are responsible for blocks. Ex: My block is C (Domestics) and I'm responsible for taking care of endcap fill, resetting clearance ends with new sales planners and keeping up the PTM in those aisles. On top of my responsibilities as Logisitics. I usually put in a min of 10-12 hours a day. We work hard and are prideful in the work we do at my store. Thankfully, we are a compatible group and have EARNED the respect from our store team.
