Hey everybody...I have been checking out this forum and so far its very helpful. Ive only been working at Target for 3 days (non-consecutively) and for our new schedule, I see that Im scheduled to work 3 days out next week for only 3 1/2 hours each day. Do you have any idea why they would do this?! This is so discouraging...

Flow team scheduled hours don't really matter, you stay until the truck is finished, or at the least, your section is, if it's hardlines. (hardlines only rarely jumps into softlines)

Of course, every store has different processes, so it may vary.

I was scheduled for 2 days my second week and cleared 34 hours lol.
What to do?
Make it known to your TL ad ETL that you want more work. Offer to stay later and ask if there's any push or reshop that needs to be done.
Work hard and fast.
Ask if you aren't sure of something.
Stock endcaps.
you should deff get more hours
