Hi I just finished my orientation at target and am now a 6am flow team member. During the orientation the woman used a lot of terminologies that I am unfamiliar with being that the only other jobs i've had were at a movie theater and a camp. I was wondering if someone could give me a brief description of some of the main things I will need to know for my job so I can look somewhat competent. (ex. what do the mean by a push or a pull?, what does bowling mean? how do i read the labels on the boxes?, what are pieces and how many is a lot for one day? and anything else that veteran FLOW members can help me with). Thank you for your help

Greetings and salutations.

Welcome to the Break Room.

Son't worry too much, they will show you all these things.
Do take a look at the job description we have here at the site for flow,
It will help a lot.

Welcome.

Let us know if you still have questions after reading the guide posted.

The guide will definatly be helpful to you, the question about how many cartons is a lot will vary by store, my store takes an average of 2500 cartons on each truck 7 days a week but there are stores that 2000 cartons 3 days a week is a lot

Welcome to The Break Room! Each of your questions should be addressed during training.
