Archived New Team member, so many questions

So glad I found this site!

I started working for a brand-new target a couple of months ago, and started before the store was set up, so helping to get it that way really helped me get acclimated rather quickly. I'm a SL team member, but yesterday my ETL came up to me and encouraged me to apply for a TL position, or rather, asked me why I hadn't already (I didn't know the position was posted, that's why!).

Anyway, I always have questions, so I know I'll be back here quite often over the next few months.
