Hey guys. I've been lurking on here for a while, but decided to finally join and get in on the action. I've been with Target for almost 3 and a half years, and am a softlines team member and trainer, as well as trained in a bunch of other work centers across the store. As silly as I may sound, I'd like to become a TL one day, and I've already gotten a bunch of experience leading my team, as that's what I did pretty much all summer. Just wanted to say hello! 🙂
