I’m new to spot & it’s completely different than any other job I’ve had in the past. It’s a big store with many employees and I’m not used to it. I’m working in the Starbucks. I’m trying to get knowledge on the important things. What are some of the codes I need to know for emergencies? I know about code yellow, red, green, but I remember my TL telling me there was some more codes like a money needed code and etc. It’s a lot to learn and I’m kind of overwhelmed. Also, does Part Time team members get any benefits? I don’t even know what benefits I’m offered besides the 10 percent off lol. Sorry for the long message, I’m just really trying to know everything that is needed for my job to do the best I can.
