Archived Non rehireable question

I was hired as a seasonal cart attendant back in 2014 and was let go along with a bunch of other seasonal team members in January of 2015.

I applied for a regular position just this past week and when I called I was informed I was non-rehireable and I should call back in the morning.

I'm not sure what I should do because this is the first I've ever heard of this. I haven't had any issues and I wasn't fired for anything bad. So what should I do?

Call back in the morning to speak to the ETL-HR or ETL-GE to find out what's up.

So I called up the store and I spoke to the ETL-HR.

She sounded very nice and honestly the only professional person I've spoken to since this whole thing started. She informed me that nothing is set in stone and they weren't supposed to tell me my hiring status. She said I can come in for an interview on Monday so, I guess I'll find out what's going on.
