Anyone else deal with this headache this morning? Target dot com had two different Wondershop candies listed as $1.99/$1.00 for a 12 pk instead of single item. And they were “Buy Four Get One Free”. So of course we had a bunch of people order them for OPU thinking they would get 60 candies for $8 and $4. Several scheming stay at home moms thought we should honor the obvious error.

Narrator: They did not honor it.

"You should honor your prices online"

Exclusions:
  • Clearance, closeout, liquidation sales, damaged, used, open package, refurbished, pre-owned, or rent/lease to own items, storewide or category promotions, offers advertised as % or $ off, non-branded items, or prices that only display on a website after guests log in.
  • Pricing due to typographical errors, competitor doorbusters/lightning sales (including Amazon Prime or Amazon Fresh Exclusive offers), coupon offers, promotional codes, credit card offers, gift card offers, financing, service offers, bundled offers, sales tax promotions, free items, rebates or mail-in offers.

I'm aware of that

We had this same issue where a bunch of moms came in and thought that they could get 4 travel sized bars of dove soap and get a free $5 gift card due to a typographical error on t dot com and they were so rude rip

t.com really needs some sort of monitoring when an item suddenly sells really well to see if there's some issue. They always seem to catch it and cancel the orders long after the guests have picked up the items.
