I just had mine on Saturday morning. We didn't have to wear red and khaki but I believe that it is up to the store and the person running the orientation. They gave us a folder of a bunch of papers and pamphlets of information. You'll also need to make sure you bring ID(s). You're going to watch a lot of videos. We also did a store tour at the very end. It was about 5 hours long. It's pretty easy and you get to meet some of the people you're going to work with.
