Hi! I got a job offer last week (Friday), verbally and got my actual job offer email today. My orientation is set for tomorrow morning - however, I have an appointment that I had scheduled previously. Do you think if I decline on the job offer and reschedule the orientation via the job offer email, that will be a bad sign? Or me considered as irresponsible? Should I call HR in the morning and tell them about it?

I'd Call HR and reschedule.

I agree on calling HR first thing in the morning. They've likely already set up your schedule as well for training. That being said, my store is really good about working with you, especially in those initial days and having appointments. But don't decline the job offer, just contact them in the morning.
