SO.. we understand drive up is physically demanding as well as mental when having to meet the strict time goals but I feel like all the TL’s have ganged up on drive up. Is it Morally right to force drive up to get carts when it’s peak time and 90 degrees outside when running in and out as much as they do? They don’t get Gatorade. Just water. Ice vest have holes in them, not even a fan nearby lol. But have the expectation of delivering orders, get carts, hop on a lane, and help out at self checkout? My store refuses to get ppl from a lane. Team leads won’t get carts. Someone got put on a corrective action for telling a lead they were tired after they still went and grabbed them. My Drive up is burnt out in the heat! Help

Having never used any drive up -pick up in any capacity I can see how mgmt could be abusive to the TMs. Seemingly entitled customers are the worst. Never used it never will. It's a ridiculous concept.

Our new hires are on you tube most of the time and do get help right away when going red… because they’ve been on YouTube and didn’t prep any orders. It s maddening cause they take someone from the front and then registers are screwed .. cause we all know no one comes to help them.
