My review score gave me a raise of 1.5%.......which is inconsistently effective.....that gives me 13 cents an hour.
If I go to talk with my HR or my STL and share some things that I think should be considered when doing a review is it possible to ask about getting a discretionary hourly rate increase? Or is the chance of this happening as good as a snowball's chance in H***?
With the score system as it is the inconsistently effective score is like getting a D grade. I know I'm not that bad of a worker.
