I think its more advice. so say TM A makes 13/hr and TM B makes 15/hr. TM A could feel since they make less they dont have to put in the same effort as TM B. Humans are petty sometimes. But theres no rule saying u cant talk about it.

I know it's illegal. I swear I remember it being written as company policy that we aren't allowed to. Or maybe that's just what leadership wants people to believe.

Years ago when I started I was told that we weren’t allowed to discuss our pay. Leadership was very insistent about it. I don’t remember seeing it written down anywhere, though. Pretty sure Spot would be happy if people still thought that, since they seem to think (our) ignorance is (their) bliss...

Spot wouldn't put that in writing because they could get sued for it and lose.
