Archived paygrade 11 VS paygrade 13

I honestly think Target just makes it up as you go. It seems each ETL-HR has their own definition of what each paygrade is. My journey on the pay scale has been unconventional, but it has show me that there is no real standard between stores.

I think if someone is hired in as a team lead, they start at pay grade 11. In-store promotions go to 13. I could be totally off , though. Licensed pharm techs, for sure, are pay grade 13 as well. Non-senior key carriers are pay grade 15. Seniors are 17. Why they don't like even numbers, I have no idea.
