I am getting this message when I try to check My Schedule, but I don't know who or how to contact my Security Administrator or Help Desk. Please provide me the information to get help.

The number for the Helpdesk (aka CSC - client support center) is 612-304-4357, or just dial 701 from a store phone. But can you elaborate on the error? Is it using myTime self service or Kronos? If Kronos, are you sure you have the server URL right? It's Target SSO - https://mytimemobile.target.com
