in one of my aisles there are pogs for shelves that do not exist. we have 7 shelves up but the pog goes up to 10 shelves up. its been mysupported at least 3 times now, and has been happening for 3 months now. is there anything else that can be done besides superzoning the overpush. any answers are appreciated thanks.

Are you saying the gondola does not support 10 shelves? Or is this a unique fixture that can only have 7 shelves? You're not providing enough information here.

its in mmb( the childrens book aisle)and yes the gondola only supports up to 7 shelves. 3 regular and up to 4 of the plastic book holder thingies. its been a real PITA.

Do you have label strips for each individual shelf? Do you have the step shelves?
yes we do have individual strips for each of the shelves, as well as the step shelves. even #'s aren't skipped in this aisle, thats the problem it goes up to 10 in the pog, but the gondola can only support up to 7.

we had a surprise visit today. so its a good thing i super zoned yesterday, and got all the backstockout yesterday.

Children's book POGs should have either 3 or 4 tiered shelves that allow up to 12 label strips per 4 foot section. If you do not have tiered shelves, this may be the cause of your dilemma.
