Technically, the official terminology is 'OM' but yeah, most of still call them 'GL's' . but after the dept. OM's, there are their bosses, the SOM's, then we got the big kahuna, the GM, and we also got the PC's who do daily, weekly, and long-term staffing, the HRBP's, and their boss, the HRM, the Training OM, who oversees the trainers, the Safety Captain (who may or may not be also one of the aforementioned) who does all the safety and ORI-related stuff. And a Quality POC/OM who oversees work quality/efficiency and related areas....I think that's all the RDC salaried staff...I think...
