Is this like the PCV? Cause that thing is a pain in the ass.
I've had this for almost a year - my store was a Pilot store for it. It looks horrible in the beginning, but once a routine is down, it's not bad. PCV needs to be completed at the normal time, however, the Sign Audit part just needs to be completed by the time the store closes. Just make sure that when you print the "missing signs" from the automated created batch, that you scan them into the aisle location so that it doesn't continue to drop in throughout the week. Sundays are usually the worst for this, but again, remember to scan the printed signs in using the Sign Set Up on RF Apps and you will be fine. Also scan in the signs when it leads you to one and everything's OK - again, this way it doesn't continue to drop in.

We get signs for our sales planners, it's probably just your ad prep process. Make a list of sales planner dept numbers (i.e. 113, 115, 175) and give it to the person prepping the ad. Tell them to save any signs that the planogram numbers starting with those (top right of sign) and give them to the TL (unless the endcaps are already up). The TL can then put up the signs when they do the endcap, have them put them up on Sunday if it's already up, whatever, you know what I mean.
tldr - show prep person how to read pog numbers, save sales planners stacks
