One of my fellow team members just got a one month sentence. He has to report this Friday. Does Target offer LOA for a prison sentence?

Never heard of a one month prison sentence. Is he maybe going to jail? And no. No they don't.

I guess it would be jail. It's for a DUI.

No. He could always just ask for an LOA and not say it's for jailtime. Lol. Say there was a family emergency or something..

I would say this also. It's none of their business why someone needs to take a personal LOA.

A friend of mine went to jail. He had his job when he got out. He was honest about in indictment. There is no LOA for prison. It is up to the store I guess.
