Archived Question about a corrective action

Hey i have a question about corrective action and leaveing early. I was recently put on a corrective action for a no call no show(long details any way it was kinda dumb). Anyway im on it for 6 months but today i got really bad sick (post from bed) and had to leave early my question is does this count agasint me like could i be terminated for having to leave early and already being on a corrective action.

NCNS and attendance issues are two different things. Won't count against in terms of the NCNS.

If you look & sound sick, my folks would send you home. Especially, if you worked in food areas.

How often are you going home early? Calling in? Arriving late?

Ehhhh. I've heard the argument go both ways, as far as whether it's better to call out completely or go in and then leave early. On one hand, if you call out completely, we could be totally screwed if nobody will come in to replace you. On the other hand, if you come in and we think everything is hunky dory, and then you leave when it's really too late to call someone else in.... blaghhhh. Either way it can throw a wrench in things. But when it comes down to it, your health is more important than pushing cafs, or whatever your task may be.

How often are you going home early? Calling in? Arriving late?

Twice in 2 weeks I went home early. Called in a total of 3 times in my time working with Target. I've been with Target for a year now. And I have never been late.
