I'm Lost! Question on whether or not specific parts number exist

Just wondering if there is a specific parts number for video game title card. What I mean by title card is that it's just the cover (and back) of said game to be displayed on the video game magnetic showcase.

I have never seen part numbers for these. I'm not even sure how they arrive at the store, it's not on the ISM pallets that come in.
