Rant about the new "Freestyle" bikes

I just want to post a rant where somebody might care maybe. The new Mongoose "freestyle" bike is not freestyle. Freestyle has always referred to the 360° rotation of the handlebars, which the new ones don't have. (Red old, blue new in the photos, different models though both Mongoose "freestyle" according to signage). The justification is that the pegs are "freestyle pegs". I am disproportionately mad about this I know.

I don’t blame you for being mad, I imagine the guests will be pretty mad, too. I can almost hear the “false advertising” complaints, which for once will be justified. A few of those complaints and a few bike returns just might encourage Spot to fix the signage. Hopefully, anyway.
