So last week I received a job offer and was told I would be getting an e-mail later on during the day but to just call them back the next day if I haven't. When I didn't received I call them and they told me to wait for it and call them again if I haven't received it. I went to the store in person and was told by a worker that it usually takes a week for it to come in. I'm not sure exactly what to do since I need a job asap rn because I have another job lined up but I prefer Target. Should I just wait it out a bit and risk the other job? Thank you in advance.

Does the other job offer benefits or guaranteed hours? If so, take it, because unless you are hired as leadership Spot will offer you neither. Good luck!

The emails should be sent immediately after the person who interviews you inputs your offer into the system. That could be the issue. Also, sometimes it could go your spam folder. Call your store and speak to HR. They should be able to see the issue. Also, if you can’t get through to them, call Target’s Human Resources Operations Center and they can tell you what’s wrong as well. Their phone number is 800-394-1885
