Our receiver sometimes forgets to acknowledge the pfresh truck already, how am I supposed to believe backroom is gonna do it

We are overnight but dayside backroom TL still has to check that overnight acknowledged the truck from the night before. They miss at least once a week.

I have as little to do as I can with the FDC truck. Which is easy since it pretty much never shows up when I'm receiving.

Truck team takes care of most of it except for never throwing away the old seal. Or half the time filing the paperwork. I'll come in on Monday and its just been sitting on the table by the door since Saturday morning.
