Archived Receiving Status Form

Does anyone know what a Receiving Status Form is and how I go about getting one? Thanks.

I've never heard of it but I was told that I needed to start filling them out. I called another store and they never heard of it either.

Oh if its like the assessment I do know what it is, I have filled them out before but it was always given to me by my etl-log.

Theres a Logistics optional assessment checklist on workbench with some stuff for receiving but I cant find anything else.

That looks like something a TL/ETL is supposed to go over with the receiver ("status" with the TM).

I'd be willing to bet that @reverselogistics's TL got the email about it, gave it a quick look, and decided to pass the buck.
