Speaking as a Cashier something as small as requestering a check lane soft drink or candy bar is enough for me.

Ok, enjoy your substandard pay and candy bars.
Targets just a stop while I get a education to make more money. The point I was trying to make is that a small reward over redcards is better then just hearing "good job" on the gstls walkie. I don't think any cashier is asking for much. Though if they would give us some sort of commission for them that would be even better.
