Archived Resetting Password

So I got locked out of EHR the other day and I called the number and unlocked myself. Then it wanted me to changed my password so I had to call the number back and have it reset. Here's the problem:

I've called the number multiple times over multiple days and cannot get any of the passwords to work. Is there a method to get the password to work or an actual human that I can speak to?

Using a store computer click the icon to log onto workbench and under the username/password field click "Forgot Password?". It'll have you enter info like your TM number, social security, and date of birth then it'll give you a temporary password. Copy and paste that password into your login and it'll prompt you to make a new one.
 
If the above doesn't work you can get a person. just wait for the prompt
