Are you talking about location labels? Those are the things you scan to select the category for the entertainment scan. You should have some in the electronics lock up (MOV, CDS, SPR) and some in the CD browser (CDS and SPR).

Alright, I'm not 100% sure where they are in store apps (command prompt thing to do label printing and in store signing), but they should be under the Scan Count Menu. Only certain logins have access to the scan count menu. There should be a print location labels option. Use the labels that backroom uses to print location labels on Wacos.

For the backroom there should be a CDS, MOV, and SPR option. Those should be something like CDS0099 (I think it should be all zeros except the last two digits are 99, change the first three letters for each category) for all the categories. CDS is for CDs; MOV is for Blu Rays and DVDs; SPR is for Latin Music CDS (don't know why that one is seperate). There should only be one of each in the backroom.

For the entertainment browser there should be the CDS and SPR. Movies do not get scanned on the floor (they should be backstocked when they go NOP). Those should be something like CDS0001 (last digit should be 1-9). If you have multiple people doing the browser scan only one person can do a category at a time so make multiple labels as necessary. So if you have 3 people doing the scan, be on the safe side and make a CDS0001, CDS0002, CDS0003, etc. Also helpful if you pulled out discontinued from the browser but no one backstocked your card of CDs.
