I actually got to train a returning team member from the 90s. He was shocked to hear that we only had two closing TMs for hardlines and not six.
He was also shocked at the amount of backup calls we get.

Run away...Started in 2000. It was great until about 2005-2006 then things changed company wide.

I started in August 2006 and it wasn't as bad then as it is now. And the older I get the harder it is to find anything else. And, believe me, I have been looking :yes3:

A tl & zoning teams every night for every dept, lots of payroll, specialists in those depts, & some stores had Taco Bell.
