Can anyone tell me what best practice is for POG revision labels?

If a POG comes in with no label strips do we print 'revision' labels only?

Do we ever need to print entire POGs labels?

Thanks,

Print log labels for non label strip pogs and sales planners. Revision labels should get you what you need for most revisions. A couple caveats...

1. If facings for an item change, but the schematic stays the same, the revision labels will not print for that item. You will need to manually print those labels so they have the updated facing number.

2. Sometimes the last pog or revision was set wrong or the revision labels are All wonky. In this case, printing all the pog labels usually helps.

3. If something has gone clearance a label will not print for it no matter what type of batch you are printing. If your sheet of labels is missing some random labels, double check the line listing for the dpci and check the price in upcs or item search. This happens quite a bit.

If you tie the planogram and batch the labels through sflm, you usually get what you need except in the three cases above. Batching through sflm for POGs or REVs will give you peg labels and price accuracy labels. The only times you should really need to print an all revision labels batch or an all pog labels batch is if you didn't receive label strips and the planogram uses label strips.
