Most of our paper and cleaning products do not have shelf labels or the wrong labels.
everything is just flexed on the shelves
Is your store the the same?

we should just do this like my local grocery store did.

My store has the same merchandising. Drives me nuts! I try to keep my paper aisles as planogrammed as possible, but it's a losing battle without being able to backstock. Chem is a hot mess as is hand soap.

I had a guest yesterday look at me with disdain because I didn't seem concerned there were items out of place with a .40¢ difference. I don't think she understands that in Covid times, guests are not looking at the price of ANY hot selling items, they grab-n-go, feeling incredibly lucky to have found that Clorox or Wet Ones or Purell.

The problem is with new TMs coming in. They may be “trained” to push to the POG, but are also being told to ignore it and to get it all out. The real problem will come when we have to go back to pushing correctly and have to re-train these TMs to push correctly. That time will come when state Weights and Measurements get into the field again.
