My store doesn't.

You should wear a black hoody, and black pants to shield yourself from the sun you complain about. You'll be cool and won't have to wear that useless, ugly fucking vest.

It's hot? Maybe you should be nicer and talk them into buying a light mesh one it's not terribly hard to find a ANSI class 2 vest that weighs next to nothing and is nearly completely mesh.

My class three is mostly webbing and Velcro. It's not restrictive or hot.
