Today is the day of all days after working around seven years at Target and I may of lost the electronics keys. Didn't find them at the end of my shift and AP has done an review of video, puzzled himself where the keys may have gone. Anyways, what will happen for losing the keys? I know the store will have to be recore and order new set of keys, but what would happen to me? My position at the store is Entertainment Specialist.

They could stuck on a metal shelf or 3 tier cart. Did you retrace your steps, 100 %? When was the last time you used them? Questions to ask yourself? It would be a final at my store.

Both AP and I retrace my steps, haven't had any luck so he still checking video and looking around the area.

Yes, but I still have the position after they took away these many many years ago, shows on my check stubs still to this day.

All I can think of is one leader that dislikes me while the rest are fine with me, but I'd take a final over anything. Guessing, it last for an year?

AP, TL, and myself couldn't find the keys. AP wonders himself what happened to the keys because he never saw me take them out of my pocket. Just been told by AP if they keys don't turn up because I meet my LOD, I'll be spoken about the issue of the keys.

It also depends how much the store likes you. I lost an etls key. And was given a coaching lost the receiving key and got a final go figure

Seeing how they still make me do all the entertainment specialist work load while that title been long gone, they have to kind of like me, I guess? Never had any issues with the ETLs but one... but everyone has an issue with her to be honest.

well look at it from targets perspective. lost key, they have to replace any core it opens. that's $$$ and worth a final. if they find it, well don't do it again if they like you.

We have the 3 day rule; if not found in that period it's a final, if found then you get a documented coaching.

Did you go sit in your car? Stuck to a bench outside? Chair in the break room? All places we have found mag keys.

It went from Entertainment Specialist to Entertainment Team Member, same job just a different title. Some stores opt out of having it.

I found keys sitting ontop of a register today when I came up for back up. Gave them to the gsa who had a panicked look on her face and I said "yep" and walked away. They were hers.

While I was GSA two keys went missing. We had a total of 4 and now we were down to 2. No one really seemed to concerned about it though. I brought it up to AP and they said they didn't have any extra. But I was more concerned that we were missing two pretty important keys. We still only have 2 and no locks have been changed and haven't seen any actions being placed to replace them.
