Ever since the results of the annual team survey, our store is now a focus store...what does that mean exactly? How often will we get visits? Will the powers that be take a look at the problems in our store (executives)?

Being a Best Team Survey Focus Store is not the worst thing in the world. It does however bring your store and its leadership team to the forefront as one where team members, team leaders and in some instances, but to a small extent, etls, did not have overwhelmingly positive responses to the questions at hand. Scores trended down in a number of categories from the previous year that caused alarm. Look to see mofe visits from your DTL and HRBP and a lot of action planning along with an increased amount of fast, phony and fakeness.

Being a focus store, means that your store was red in certain areas. It could be safety, enviro hazmat disposal, payroll, logistics & leadership.

In his case though, his store is a focus store due to Best Team Survey results.

I was once at a store where the best team survey was the absolute worst results I had seen. The majority of the store said they didn't trust our hr and stl, including every single specialist. Magically a few months after the results were shown our stl resigned, old useless hr transfer out, and a new hr transfer in that was solid. Being on a focus for the survey definitely was a good thing.

We were a focus store due to the best team survey last year. As ImDaLOD stated it just means visits from HRBP and DTL due to the scores. Things have been turned around since then.
