Thanks everyone.I stopped complain for once and had a great night I worked 11 to close because of call outs i was the only cashier after 9 30 we had a call out at guest service.but thanks everyone for your advice everyone I know it seems I play the victim.

We all come on here to kvetch but we also give as good as we get by offering advice, practical & otherwise.
If you have a problem that is unique to your situation & there's not a thread to address it, there's plenty of experience on here.
One good thing about closing over & over: you'll get it down to an art & others will start noticing.
Good CAs at my store ALWAYS got taken to other depts.
