Archived softline questions

so my first shift is next week and i didn't get any training for softlines. i generally know what zoning is, (making sure everything is neat and in the right place) but im not sure what reshop and go backs are. sorry, if this was already answered

Reshop and go backs are the same thing. Basically everything in the wrong place or left at the fitting room or register that needs to be put back on the correct rack.
