So recently our TLs told us that we are in charge of spiderwrapping our own merchandise but a month ago they told us it was the AP's job. Any insight on what the actual policy is ?
AP is involved only in notifying TMs what needs to be spider-wrapped. Ridiculous to expect AP to actually do all the security wrapping or boxing.
Well, that first part is incomplete - AP at my store will go around and check to make sure merch that's supposed to be wrapped is wrapped.
