Archived SR TL Transfer

I'm wondering if there's a different process for senior TL transfer. Does there need to be a SR position available? Will they just give me a TL position with a wage decrease? Any insight.....

Go on ehr. Find the store you want to go. See if any srtl jobs are open. Spot might make you wait till after holidays to transfer. A tl job will be a cut in pay depending on the area. Good luck.

They demoted me when I transferred. One store was trying to keep my pay grade but was over head count and told me that I could demote or wait for an opening. The other stores I talked to have me no option to keep my pay grade.

I ended up selecting the one that seemed most capable of development and let them know I would be looking to promote at the first opportunity.
