Hey,
So I hired in around March, my ETL really liked my previous experience and promoted me from Cart Attendant to GSA all before I was off of probation.
The training for Guest Services and Cashier was pretty rushed because they really needed a new GSA and I've figured out most of it. I still feel like I'm still learning about how Guest Services and other parts of the Front End are ran. Specifically Food Ave. (We don't have a Starbucks.) As a GSA should I ask to get trained there? Do I need to know Food Avenue as GSA? I am interested in learning CO because we only have 2 CO TMs and it would be nice to have a shift where I'm not getting yelled at, but I'm 1 of 2 GSAs with 2 GSTLs and I am scheduled as a GSTL every shift.

And also any tips on how I can stand out as a GSA because I feel like every LOD has different expectations of how the Front End should be ran. I can't really please everyone with all the different perspectives. But some pointers and advice would be nice.

Thank You.
