Archived Store ties

Is there any reason not to simply put it in the section itself (1, not 11, 0 not 10 etc)? I know it used to force you to untie the POG but now it seems to let both exist simultaneously.

i typed in 00 one time last week and it let exist on top of a NR book EC as F45 (0). Of course it got untied this week when a new tie was tied but it only needed to exist up until today.

We don't have a system. My store just flexes and moves on. If I flex I usually tie it as section 30 if it's on 3. Section 10 if it's on 1. Our store doesn't go higher than 6 sections except for back walls.
