"Substitute" OM

Our OM is gone on vacation and we have an OM from another department handling the duties. Will requested vacation time still be handled or will it be put on standstill until our OM gets back?

It can still be handled. All OMs have access to the vacation calendar and mytime. Just let the OM know and put it in the app.
